What You'll Experience:
Session 1 & 2: Survival vs. Thrival: The Science Behind Creating Lasting Change.
- Brain Wiring & Automaticity: Explore neurological, scientific, and psychological concepts behind our automatic responses and the autopilot that causes us to run through our daily lives unconsciously.
- Stress Languages: Identify how you express your behavior responses as a result of fears stemmed from limiting beliefs and judgements of others.
- Needs & Values: Fulfill needs that are neglected from learned behaviors based on cultural and societal norms and redirecting life choices to be in alignment with values that are true to who you really are.
- Limiting beliefs and negative patterns: Identify where your limitations and self destructive patterns are so that you can begin the process to let go and shift your focus on what you want to create less of or add more of to your life.
Session 3 & 4: Self-Liberation: It Begins with YOU!
- Allowance & Authenticity: This is a kind and expansive space to explore and kick start the process of truly loving your life by releasing all the ways judgements keep you from flowing.
- Self Esteem vs. Self Acceptance: Studies within positive psychology have shown that there are many misconceptions in the importance of Self Esteem. This idea will be examined and challenged as a way to bring awareness around what really matters... self acceptance.
Session 5 & 6: Self-Empowerment: Key Ideas Behind the Tools
- Kindness vs. Niceness: Although these two words can be mistaken as synonyms, they have very different definitions, especially in how detrimental one can be over the other in how it limits us through FEAR of judgement.
- Self Truths: Boundaries are sometimes practiced as a form of avoidance or from a place of judgement. Therefore, seeing them from the eyes of what's true for you can help you put in place what is required to honor those truths.
- Mindfulness in Emotion Regulation: Learn mindfulness strategies that help release yourself from the emotions you avoid and suppress linked to TRAUMA and judgement that keep you stuck.
- Pragmatism in Self-Care: Learn to do what works for you by creating a self care plan that explores the various levels of you including the physical, emotional, and mental parts of you.
Session 7 & 8: Application: Practice HOW to Honor Yourself.
- Cultivate joy and fulfillment: Explore practices for enhancing your well-being while having fun, nurturing relationships, and finding happiness in everyday moments.
- Pragmatic Practices: Everyone is different and leads completely different lives unique to them. Therefore everyone will create a personalized plan of pragmatic daily practices; in order to apply everything learned in the program in a way that can truly work for them.
- Self-Commitment Closing Activity: Commitments are made to our loved ones, doctors, teachers, etc.; forgetting that the ultimate commitment that matters is the commitment we make to ourselves.

I am a first generation Mexican-American born and raised in the great sun city of El Paso, TX. I began my first career in the field of education as an elementary teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal.
Unfortunately, the combination of stress, lack of self-awareness, and workaholism, led me to becoming ill. It was through that experience, that I began to learn different methods to increase self love and create a progressive lifestyle that I love.
This led to my new roles as the founder of Enflowment; Organizational Culture and Corporate Wellness Educator; and Personal Development Coach based on energy, consciousness, and positive psychology methods.
Enflowment began with wanting to empower individuals and organizations to create a life or business that works for them.
This is why the Judgement Detox Program is so exciting to offer as one of our core self development programs.
The contents and methodologies in this program are life long tools that I continue to use even in my own life. I believe in coaching from a place of facilitation and integrity; not from a place of superiority or false pretenses. I make mistakes and am imperfect like any one else, and these tools are what have empowered me to embrace and manage all parts of me to maximize the quality of my life and as a result love the life I live.
