An invitation to release the lies & limitations that keep our youth from loving their life.
JOIN NOW1
Judgement is at the core of all of our limitations and blockages. It creates imposter syndrome, a lack of self love, and difficulty maintaining healthy relationships with others.
2
The transition from childhood to teen hood can be extremely challenging for many kids, especially those who are dynamically different and unique. Feeling pressured to change who they are to conform to the norms of society.
3
These kids are not alone. This safe space has now been created for them to come together, be vulnerable, make connections, create community, and learn tools and methods of empowerment together.
This space comes in the form of a judgement detox. A great opportunity for kids to release all the ways judgement sticks them and holds them stuck.
This is an invitation to embark on a 4 week journey 2 times a week for self cleansing and self exploration! Where each 1 hour session will consist of rediscovering each individual's truth in order to honor that truth, and continue to do so, with less judgment and with practical and easy to implement methods that work for each individual!
To expand their mindset to open all the possibilities that a judgement detox can do for their young lives!
An incredible opportunity to go from judging to flowing!
What They'll Experience:
WEEK 1
Session 1 & 2: Survival vs. Thrival: The Science Behind Creating Lasting Change.
- Brain Wiring & Automaticity: Kids will explore neurological, scientific, and psychological concepts in an age appropriate way that explain their automatic responses and the autopilot that runs unconsciously in their daily lives.
- Stress Languages: Kids will identify the types of stress behaviors that show up and are different for each individual.
- Needs & Values: Kids will be made of aware of the power of ensuring their needs are met and doing it in a way that is within their control. Along with identifying what their values in life are so they can choose more of it and as a result create more of what those values are in their life.
- Limiting beliefs and negative patterns: Kids will be given the space to reflect on their self talk and their thought patterns. They will be taught to observe their thoughts rather than judge them, in a way that they can look at the feedback and information their emotions and thoughts are telling them; so they can choose what they want to do with what they are becoming aware of about them.
WEEK 2
Session 3 & 4: Self-Liberation: It Begins with YOU!
- Allowance & Authenticity: These two topics are powerful for kids who are too young to fully choose for themselves, therefore, can learn to be in allowance of their environment and the people in their lives with less resistance and less judgement. Applying this while managing to be as authentic and true to themselves as they can be until they reach full independence and adulthood.
- Self Esteem vs. Self Acceptance: Studies within positive psychology have shown that there are many misconceptions in the importance of Self Esteem. This idea will be examined and challenged as a way to bring awareness around what really matters... self acceptance.
WEEK 3
Session 5 & 6: Self-Empowerment: Key Ideas Behind the Tools
- Kindness vs. Niceness: Although these two words can be mistaken as synonyms, they have very different definitions, especially in how detrimental one can be over the other in how it limits us through FEAR of judgement. Many kids try to be "nice" in order to be accepted. Learning this misconception can empower them to stand up for themselves and honor their personal truths.
- Self Truths: Boundaries are sometimes practiced as a form of avoidance or from a place of judgement. Therefore, helping kids to see this can help honor those truths.
- Mindfulness in Emotion Regulation: Kids will learn mindfulness strategies that help release them from the emotions they avoid and suppress linked to TRAUMA and judgement that keeps them stuck.
- Pragmatism in Self-Care: Pragmatism is doing what works. Therefore, kids will become aware of all the layers of self including the physical, emotional, and mental parts of themselves and how to be pragmatic in meeting all the needs within these areas of self. This is important as what works for one child may not work for the other.
WEEK 4
Session 7 & 8: Application: Practice HOW to Honor Yourself.
- Cultivate joy and fulfillment in relationships: Kids will explore practices for enhancing their well-being while having fun, nurturing relationships, and finding happiness in everyday moments.
- Self-Commitment Closing Activity: Commitments are made to our loved ones, teachers, friends, etc.; forgetting that the ultimate commitment that matters is the commitment we make to ourselves. Therefore, kids will close this course creating new commitments for themselves, that include the tools and methods learned in this course to honor themselves as they grow into this new stage of their lives.
Vanessa Pérez
Founder of Enflowment
I am a first generation Mexican-American born and raised in the great sun city of El Paso, TX. I began my first career in the field of education as an elementary teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal.
Unfortunately, the combination of stress, lack of self-awareness, and workaholism, led me to becoming ill. It was through that experience, that I began to learn different methods to increase self love and create a progressive lifestyle that I love.
This led to my new roles as the founder of Enflowment; Organizational Culture and Corporate Wellness Educator; and Personal Development Coach based on energy, consciousness, and positive psychology methods.
Enflowment began with wanting to empower individuals and organizations to create a life or business that works for them.
This is why the Judgement Detox Program is so exciting to offer as one of our core self development programs.
The contents and methodologies in this program are life long tools that I continue to use even in my own life. I believe in coaching from a place of facilitation and integrity; not from a place of superiority or false pretenses. I make mistakes and am imperfect like any one else, and these tools are what have empowered me to embrace and manage all parts of me to maximize the quality of my life and as a result love the life I live.
